Abstract

The knowledge of the texture into bulk material or thin films is very important taking in account the relationship between the orderly
arrangement of atoms or molecules and some physical, chemical, mechanical or metallurgical properties of materials. In this paper a
method of preparation of a nanocomposite layers consists in a nickel matrix where ceria particles were added and the estimation of the texture
degree of them by X-ray diffraction method using rocking technique of sample carried out point.
