Abstract

This paper presents a didactic implementation of a climatic system for a smart house, designed according to the principles of the Internet of Things (IoT). In this smart home, certain devices are connected to the internet and are able to transmit environmental data obtained by means of the attached sensors. Remote users are allowed to view and analyze this data by accessing a web server, and also they can activate actuators to control - for example - the lighting and ventilation systems.
