Abstract

This paper will attempt to highlight the complexity of decision-making mechanisms as well as the interest of integrating the cognitive dimension into the simulation models, with a view to evaluate the impact of technological reality (flow, individual production feedback) over the results of enterprise decisions. Therefore, we will review a simulation model using discrete events simulation techniques, which integrates the agent-based decisional system modeling.
