Abstract

This paper analyses the performances of three different types of controllers for shunt active power filters. The controllers are used in the d-q frame, the same frame in which the reference signal for the 5th and 7th harmonics is injected. Performance is evaluated based on amplitude and phase error between the injected reference and the output of the active power filter.
