Abstract

Dobrogea Jună (Young Dobrogea) is one of the longest lasting newspapers from the region of Dobrogea and holds a well deserved place in the printed media from the beginning of the 20th century. The newspaper can be compared to similar publications such as Dacia or Marea Neagră (The Black Sea). When it comes to researching local history and not only, Dobrogea Jună is a source of immense value and a mirror for the social, political and cultural life of Dobrogea of those times.
