Abstract

In the paper is presented a method for profiling of tools that generate by
enwrapping, by the rolling method, curls ordered by surfaces. By the new method is
intended to eliminate one of the main disadvantages associated with the processing
by generating of parts with radial symmetry, namely the difficulty related to the
calculation of generating tool profile. The method allows eliminating the need to
determine analytically the relative movement between the tool and the blank, which
simplifies the calculation mode.
