Abstract

From the category of safety measures, as procedural measures that can be provisionally ordered during the criminal process against persons who have committed crimes, with the aim of removing the state of danger that these persons represent for society and to prevent the commission of new facts provided by the criminal law, we mention the obligation to medical treatment and medical hospitalization, as well as the security measure of the prohibition of access to sports competitions, according to the provisions of Law no. 4/2008 regarding the prevention and combating of violence during sports competitions and games.
