Dezvoltarea durabilă – securitatea –globalizarea: probleme de interconexiune şi interacţiune

Abstract

The incommensurability and insolvent of «development» and «security» notions are evident at the end of the XXth and XXIth centuries. This categories, in their essence, become as main criteria of function and being of every social system. In this article are examinated the security role and place (of the person, the state, the society) in realization of the stable (inoffensive) development of society, the globalization influence to this two phenomena, appearing and establishing of a new direction in philosophical science - the philosophy of security.
