Abstract

Organisation development represents a domain that worths being studied, not only for academically reasons, but also as necessity in being aware of the evolution of an organisation. There are more aproach perspectives of this phoenomenon and they help us clear the managerial strategies part in determining the progress or the regress of an organisation. The school follows the model of the industrial organisation and courses aproximately the same steps. It’s part is to answer the society and individual needs.
