Abstract

Unfolded by the dialogue between Paul Cornea and Daniel Cristea-Enache, the 'spoken-book' pattern enhances a special semantic and confessing scenario mirroring a seducing testimony about Self and the World which 'used to be' - the Romanian (pre-) / (post-)totalitarian epoch that Paul Cornea has been lived in and his gradually disenchantment of the Communist utopia. Suited for different readings, the book equally portrays the identity reconfiguration, the quest of the real Self - a symbolical travel that has to be undertaken from the point of view of nowadays young generation - as well as the retroactive inner, honest clarification which is closely measured by the time which has been past and the History which has been changed.
