Walter Benjamin. Short Notes on the Memory of Fragmentation

Résumé

Walter Benjamin's work will be analyzed from the perspective of cultural memory in the context of globalization and also from the perspective of one of the negative effects of the globalization, the loss of identity references. Benjamin’s perception of the memory represents the core of his writings, and some of the most important elements of his work: collection, flâneur, experience, angel of history, stays under the sign of the memory.
