Abstract

The present paper seeks to demonstrate that Jurnalul esențial constitutes a form of subversive literature through its refusal of moral compromise, its unmasking of the mechanisms of intellectual adaptation, and its use of linguistic clarity as a mode of resistance and of sustaining an active critical consciousness.
