Abstract

The role of literature in the teaching and learning of the French language has undergone a great change, due to the reform of the Romanian
education, the publication of the CEFR and the evolution of society in general. We will present the situation that confronts the teaching and learning French as a foreign language this view, that is to say the study of literature and its reception.We will present the state of play and we will discuss the role of the teacher, constraints and freedoms in its approach, the possibility of addressing the text of an interdisciplinary manner. From reading concepts, reception and communication, we analyze the changes that are reflected in education and learners culture.
