Formarea personalului didactic în alternativele educaționale
Abstract
Our study focuses on the ways initial and continuous formation is developed in educational alternatives, especially identifying the types of
programmes and activities, number of hours and professional credits as well, necessary for teaching within one of the six alternative programme. The teacher's initial formation strictly follows the national legislation and is made up by teaching programmes at medium level (pedagogical profile at high school), university, master / doctorate level. The difference from the national system consists of a supplementary specialisation training within the pedagogy specific to each educational alternative, considered to be initial training as well
