Abstract

This paper presents an approach for atmospheric pollution monitoring modeling based on the anthropogenic emissions. We focus on the analysis of NO2 emissions from the urban area of Braila city during the period 2009-2013. In order to predict the yearly spatial distribution of NO2 emission we created five maps using data from the Environmental Protection Agency Braila by METI-LIS dispersion model. We observed that NO2 emissions decrease from 4.078 t in 2009 to 1.191 t in 2013
