Abstract

By moral violence we understand the relentlesness, consistency, courage and determination to judge and condemn the agents of unjustified violence and the effects of it. The evil done must not only be named and exposed, but also punished. The moral violence gives birth to public opinion or to civil society, necessary forms of conscious rezistence to the abuses of the power or of the criminal masses.
