Abstract

Built as a space of aspirations and disillusionments, Gib Mihăescu's brief prose joins a male model looking for love or its maintenance, in contrast to the female model subordinated to the simple logic of survival. By calling the monologue as a dominant form of protagonists characterization, a focus is placed on obsessive interpretations, results of the uncontrolled pulses. The crisis of self comes from the inability to control imaginary scenes that take control of consciousness by substituting self with the other / alter ego into an inner dialectic hallucinator form. Designed in the hypostasis of the twisted couple against the background of the war, a trauma and a reality often described by surrealistic attributes, identity breaks down into roles that oscillate between argument and counterargument, with a tendency to overshadow its own drama. The events gather in concentric circles to the critical point over which the narrator's voice as the court, or the protagonist's voice as a photographic memory, are deeply correlated between the outer space marked by aggression and the inner one that dilates to throw in the past the moment of disintegration too close to the present time
