Toposuri dichotomice în trei proze blandiene

Résumé

There is certain evidence that in every type of prose, the chronotope’s dimension is essential for establishing the diegetic setting. This research follows the symbolic dimension precisely, which the topologic imaginary outlines at the level of significance in Ana Blandiana’s three pieces of prose. We stopped on Ana Blandiana’s
only published novel, “The Drawer with Applause”, which appeared in 1992. Then, we will take into consideration two more pieces of the author: “Impossible Mission”, published in “Love stories at first glance” (2008) and “Exit”, published in “Book of senses” (2015). One of the common reading levels of the mentioned work seems to be deeply related to the dichotomous structure of the topos’ images. The narrator is involved in
an upper limit experience, no matter who might be. The author’s dystopian tendency
can be noticed in all these pieces. Besides, it is highlighted the character’s oscillation
between the inside and the outside, that define the carceral universe. The character
tries to redefine itself in an absurd, Kafkian or Sorescian way.
We state precisely as an essential fact, that the reality of this forked space
highlights a dialectic in the borders of which the character base its meaning and
coherence in spite of the disconcerting image of exteriority. Further, we will analyse
the existential symbolism in a claustrophobic and concentrating history
