Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to determine the optimal operating regime of the opencircuit convective dryer, taking into account criteria such as energy efficiency, dry product quality, and operational costs. Optimization of the drying regime contributes both to reducing energy consumption and increasing the productivity and quality of the finished product.
