Abstract

The paper deals with the mathematical calculation which allows the determination of the optimum conditions in operating the propulsion installations with internal combustion engines applied to
road vehicles, in the conditions of minimum real fuel consumption, including the evaluation of the mechanical power and fuel consumption characteristics.
