The emergence of urban services offered by libraries, museums, sports fields, etc. is related to this concept. The concept of leisure is related not only to the social or economic domain, through the relation with the tourism activities or services, but also to culture, some authors even talking about a culture of leisure, through which people not only relax or relax.
