Abstract

The artistic field, of lyrical theatre, is oriented towards very specific elements, which cannot be broadened towards universally valid organizational strategies. This work aimed to study career management in the artistic field, a professional environment that includes many unpredictable situations due to the field itself. In this research approach, because it represents a less exploited area  and involves the complexity of art, the aim was to research how actors manage to exercise the artistic act so that observing their behavior renders the level of professional training and their involvement.
