Abstract

As a function of quality management, quality improvement has a decisive role in reducing costs.
Quality improvement refers to a set of actions taken by the entire organization to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the activity and processes, in order to ensure increased advantages both for the organization and for its customers. The work presents strategies for continuous quality improvement, as well as specific methods and techniques.
