Abstract

This paper represents a theoretical and practical approach on the genogram technique. The study analyzes the concepts and theories that have been the basis of genogram development as a useful technique in the evaluation of family systems but also how it is constructed and used in social practice. The article is addressed both to professionals working in the field of social assistance and to students from the social assistance specialization, who are in the process of training.
