Abstract

This is a theoretical study of analysis and synthesis regarding the management of the risk in organizations. The conceptual description of the conflictual phenomenon in organizations and of risk behavior has pragmatic and application importance in management activities. This study focuses on two methodological components: the presentation of conflict categories and risk behavior in organizations and the establishing of ways to solve a conflict by managerial methods to improve the specific activities of the organization.
