Bariere în integrarea socio-profesională a persoanelor cu deficiențe de vedere

In the efforts to find, obtain and maintain a job, people with visual impairments face a variety of difficulties, which leads to diminishing the opportunities for socio-professional integration. In this paper we aim to identify barriers to employment and participation in the competitive market for jobs, which they are experienced by visually impaired adults, obstacles that we have encountered following the literature review the fields.
