Analiza unor indicatori statistici ai inteligenţei emoţionale

Abstract

The individual's ability to recognize, interpret, and respond appropriately to both one's own emotions and those of others is known as emotional intelligence. This ability has been shown to play a significant role in the workplace, being a good predictor of individual effectiveness in culturally homogeneous environments. Studies in organizational psychology and managerial practice in human resources confirm the importance of emotional intelligence in predicting workplace performance. In this paper we will identify and describe statistical indicators used in measuring some attributes of emotional intelligence.
